GENERAL INFORMATION
Compass is a subscription-based modular web application. All pricing listed below represents the subscription to the corresponding application(s) for one month. Subscriptions are billed on an annual basis and follow a month-to-month contract. This means a subscription can be canceled at anytime and the unused portion of the paid subscription will be refunded.

Core applications are required for all Compass subscriptions. One or more Core applications are needed for any of the Additional applications to function. As more Core applications are added to the Compass system, they will be made automatically added to your subscription at no additional cost.

Additional applications are available on an a la carte basis. You choose which Additional application(s) you want and just those applications are added to your subscription.

Subscription Examples:

  • If you just want to deliver assessment surveys to your student body, then you only need Survey Manager (Students). Core applications at $34 + Survey Manager (Students) at $15 = a subscription of $49 per month.

  • If you want to deliver surveys to students, faculty, staff, alumni and employers, then you need all four Additional applications. Core applications at $34 + Survey Manager (Alumni) at $15 + Survey Manager (Employers) at $15 + Survey Manager (Faculty/Staff) at $15 + Survey Manager (Students) at $15 = a subscription of $94 per month.
All subscriptions include the following: (1) unlimited access by your campus; (2) unlimited user accounts; (3) unlimited surveys; (4) unlimited results; (5) unlimited reports; (6) unlimited email-based technical support; (7) a dedicated Compass representative assigned to your account.
